Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit vom Capo - Markt und dem Teatro Massimo entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Conad - Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man benötigt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist ok, allerdings waren wenig Gäste da, so dass es bei Vollbelegung zu Engpässen bzw. Wartezeiten kommen könnte, Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfänglich schwierig, die Schlüsselübergabe aber problemlos und ausgesprochen freundlich.
Einen Zuschlag für den check in nach 18 Uhr halte ich für nicht angemessen, sofern man weit vor Mitternacht anreist. Da war der Signore aber entgegenkommend. Die Straße, an der die Unterkunft liegt ist laut, auch nachts. Das macht mir nichts aus, anderen vielleicht schon.

the owner was great, very clean place, I was delivered fresh-out-of-the-bag towels and toilet paper, the room was warm at night thanks to radiator. I was experiencing shared toilets to be dirty and smelly but I was pleasantly surprised by how often they were cleaned. During my 3 nights stay I saw someone clean them at least twice every day.
as much as the price, was good, it was annoying that there was no "kitchen" or even an electric cattle to boil water for tea or coffee

Non esiste un minimo di flessibilità fa parte dell host. Ho chiesto un coltello ed un piatto e mi é stato negato. In stanza non c'è neanche un bicchiere. Inoltre ci sono kavori in corso
