Excellent room for our family of 4 located about 10 mins walk from Teatro Massimo and 5 mins from Mercato Lo Capo. There was plenty of space in the room for the 4 of us with a double bed and two single beds and a modern bathroom and there was no problem with noise from the street. There is no lift so bear this in mind if you have heavy suitcases. A small common area with coffee making facilities and a fridge with juice and milk was handy. Communication with Valentina was fluid and easy. Secure parking available about a 5 min walk away. We would stay here again.

Very nice appartment, clean and practical

We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The owner was very kind, always available, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The only small downside was that, because the apartment is located on the main street, it could sometimes be a little noisy. Of course, this is simply due to the central location and is not the owner’s fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

La atención de Valentina ha sido muy cercana, el apartamento Maritata tenia todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy bien el desayuno y la zona comun. El baño tenia de todo.

La nevera hace un poco de ruido para dormir, la calle por fuera es muy ruidosa, no hay ascensor. Hasta el centro hay 20 mins andando que con calor se hacen un poco largos.
