Ac didn’t seem to much effective. It wasn’t bad just not that very effective cooling in our room

Staff was nice, easily reachable, understanding and helpful. The check-in and check-out was seamless and uncomplicated. They were flexible regarding the timing of arrival. We could leave our luggage in the apartment after the checkout and come back pick it up before our flight later in the afternoon. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was also very practical with a big shower. The location is nice if you want to avoid too touristy zones and stay around locals but still be close to the historical centre. Cheap supermarkets round the corner and restaurants attended by locals, at the same time you can reach the main markets and historical monuments by foot if you don’t mind a walk.

The street was mostly quiet except that you would have sometimes a car with loud music passing by during the night, but I guess that’s more a Palermo thing rather than really linked to the specific location of the room. Also the bus connection is not great but again that’s more a Palermo thing. To maximise your experience I’d suggest learning some basic italian sentences as few people spoke English in the area.

I liked the location, the AC and the vibe. Very kind staff. Everything was fine. Nice place to stay. I recommend this place.

The only thing I did not like in our room is the noise from the room on the other side of the wall. At first I did not mind it but the second night it annoyed me a bit. But still all good.
