Very well kept, in a residential area making you feel the vibe of a normal neighbourhood with a food corner and fruits desks at arms’ lengths. Spotless clean. Easy access. All necessary in the apartment with a small loggia. Great mattress and care for a good sleep.
I thank the host and I will definitely be of return. Palermo is your Cuban getaway with an unimaginable charm and very welcoming. Streets are boosting with life and colours. Well connected with Mondello the must see seaside village. The premises are 10/15 mins away from Lolly train station that takes you to the Airport and/or Palermo Centrale. Also 10 mins away from the must see Teatro Massimo. Orto Botanico is also a must see in Palermo. However, the idea is to just get lost on its streets and enjoy every corner without having a plan. Its magical. Palermo is magical. May in Palermo may be the best month to visit as there are beautiful flowers and is very green. I love Palermo. Food is great, tasty and different. A mix of cultural blend. I been there only for one day and a half. But it takes more than that. A good full week to get the pulse. It may be chaotic on the main streets, however there are the lateral ones you can ramble which are protected from the noise and co. The is a whole street life that one cannot miss.

Ottima posizione, centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e zona sicura. Vicino alla stazione Palermo Lolli, comoda per raggiungere in treno sia l'aeroporto che Cefalù. La stanza, molto luminosa, è dotata delle cose essenziali ed è presente una piccola cucina in comune (che non abbiamo utilizzato). Letto e cuscini comodi.
Nota dolente: il bagno, o meglio gli scarichi. Il gabinetto non scaricava bene e lo scarico della doccia intasato ha allagato tutto il pavimento del bagno. Il problema è stato risolto in tempi brevi. Tuttavia, stando fuori tutto il giorno per poi uscire di nuovo la sera e usando la stanza solo per doccia e letto, questa situazione ci ha creato un po' di disagio.
