Very clean room and kind hosts! Rooms are spacious, sadly without a view. Because it is an older building it is a little noisy and you can hear sounds like your neighbors showers or toilet quite easily, keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. Also parking in Palermo is terrible, searching for a minimum of 15/20 minutes because there is only street parking available.
