First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the handsome landlord for giving us a lot of guidance and help before arrival and during our stay, making us feel at home. Secondly, the homestay is clean and beautiful, with complete facilities and delicious coffee. Finally, the location of the homestay is very good, and you can walk anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage, there is a bus stop downstairs, so that we can make our trip to Palermo more beautiful.

The property is a shared apartment where the owner lives on site, and everything is well organised and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well maintained, making it easy to unwind. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring Palermo on foot. Alberto is a very good host, friendly, attentive and always willing to help.

The common areas, including the kitchen and sitting room, are a bit small, especially if several guests are using them at the same time. It also felt slightly pricey for a shared house, and having the toilet separate from the room may not suit everyone.

I was travelling with my mother. The location itself was just a few minutes from the historic city centre. Given her health-related mobility issues, this was very important to us. Inside, everything looked exactly as it did in the photos. The host, Alberto, was very friendly, warm and attentive. Since we arrived late, he met us after midnight and let us leave our belongings at the place a little longer on the last day of our stay. He also had great recommendations on what to see and try in the city. On top of that, communicating with him was very easy — he was quick to respond and never made us wait for a reply. We’d love to stay at his place again!
