Located 2 miles from the entrance of Mesa Verde National Park. Newly constructed one bedroom one bath guest home. 5 miles to Mancos, 10 miles to Cortez, 32 miles to Durango, 1 hour to The Durango airport. Centrally located to the park, La Plata mountains in the San Juan National Forest, Mancos State park, and 10 minute drive to Phils World BLM mountain biking area. Home is on 13 rural acres with beautiful views of the park and La Platas out your windows. WIFI, Smart Tv and 4GLTE phone service.

Nicely renovated garage apartment. Clean and quiet. Very close to Mesa Verde National Park. Had to drive a bit for food and supplies. Overall, a good experience.

We hiked Mesa Verde National Park the listing is 5 minutes from the national park, it is quiet, clean, comfortable and is in a great safe area

If you like quiet and serene this is the place. Plenty of space for the two of us. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful views both day and night. The milky way was visible from the location. We traveled to Mesa Verde, Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Telluride, and Moab from this location. This was our first time in this area of the US so we tried to take in all we could. If you like having shopping and restaurants within a short drive this is not the location for you. For us, we enjoy the remoteness and cooked our breakfast every morning. In Mancos there is a brewery that we were not able to try but we did get a good pizza from the local pizza place and highly recommend Moon Dog Cafe. They have one of the best key lime pies. Just check the hours. Places tend to close early. Highly recommend this rental and location.
