About this house rental

A Wonderful time is awaiting you while you are enjoying this cabin! Weather its relaxing with family and friends in the private fenced backyard for a BBQ or building a snowman in the winter this is the place. Inside you will find everything you will need. Small kitchen appliances include toaster, waffle iron, mixer, coffee grinder, coffee maker, microwave, blenders, and juicer. Iron and ironing board are also supplied along with hangers. Games, cards, puzzles and books too. Wireless internet provided. 3 cable TVs, Gas BBQ and patio furniture.
Located on a quiet street, 2 blocks to the Lake, Heavenly Ski Resort is just up the street. The house is very comfortable sleeps 10 total. 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs each has 2 queen size beds in them. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and has a cal king in it. Dining room table opens up to accommodate 10. All bed linins supplied, Bath towels also supplied. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans. Place settings enough for 10

This is such a nice little cabin to stay in! It’s next to a few places to eat so if you want to talk a nice walk it’s perfect. Not far from the casinos as well. The house was nice and up kept inside, clean, and cozy! We had a great time!

It was a great place close to the marina. It was about a 25 minute walk, 10 minute scooter ride from the strip, and me and my friends had a wonderful time. Tricia is a great host, and would definitely recommend the place to anyone staying in the summer. The backyard was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe. The home was super clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked with ample kitchen ware and supplies. The house was roomy and served well for our party of six. The backyard was beautiful and a great area for the little ones to play.

So this was our first time trying this rental technique, and it was a such a good experience. Great proximity to the lake and all of the local shops! Tricia was easy to get in contact with, and responded quickly to any questions/ concerns I had! Definitely would visit again.

The cabin is good but be careful of the owner and her frauds! She will tell any lie shamelessly to deduct from your deposit. She would tell Vrbo that all the furniture in the cabin got broken just to keep the deposit as the damage compensation. She tried this on me but I was persistent on my right and got my money back. Even if you clean the cabin better than its initial condition she would try to charge you for extra cleaning!!

Overall, this was a great place to stay for a Heavenly Tahoe ski trip. Very close to downtown and the ski lifts. Convenient in/out. But the cabin is in need of some attention: upstairs toilet seat loose, all upstairs door handles broken, couches are VERY soft/worn, and very creaky floorboards (sleeping downstairs with people walking overhead is a challenge). The host was very responsive to issues we had, and overall it did not impact our weekend fun. Also, please note: it "sleeps 10", but there is only one full bathroom, which means showering in shifts!

Pros: Overall the location is good. There’s a lot of board games and stuff to keep the kiddos entertained. The kitchen has everything you need. Cons: the nerve racking conditions, there are A LOT of requests and if you do not comply there will be fees deducted from your deposit. There is only one shower. The rooms upstairs are awkward: you risk hitting your head when you wake up in the morning.

House is nice and cozy. Very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Backyard was specious and enjoyable. We had 10 adults and although house is smaller than most in Tahoe we had plenty of space. Location is amazing. It's within walking distance to stores and beach. Check in process was very easy. Tricia was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had three generations making memories in this gem. The house was clean and comfortable, with an inviting backyard-a big hit with our 16 month old twins. As they burned off energy the adults reminisced and laughed away the evenings. The house is a quick walk to the marina for parasailing and water toys Or an easy walk (1 to 1.5 miles) to State Line for Heavenly and the casinos We would definitely rent again

Tricia was a great host, always available if we needed anything at all. Property is in a perfect place, rode our bikes everywhere. Very cozy, down home place, you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I know this is a little weird, but....the stove top and oven work amazingly.

Awesome location! Close to food and markets and most importantly just a 5 minute drive to heavenly ski resort. It’s a nice cozy place, 3 bed 1 1/2 bath. Wish there was a second shower but we made it work. There was a little setback where we didn’t have any hot water but Tricia made herself available to troubleshoot the problem in a timely manner. Plenty of kitchen ware for our cooking needs. Would definitely book again in the future!

We stayed with some friends and family for 5 days. The home was nice and spacious and backyard was lovely to have the kids play in.. We had almost everything needed, except there was no laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels or cookie sheets. (Made home made pizzas one night, but didn't have a cookie sheet or flat pan to put them on to bake) Pans were a little old and handles seemed to be falling off. We bought Detergent and more trash bags (If they were in the home we could not find them), we left them there for the next guests. All in all the home was great and location was perfect. We had a great time! We will be staying again!
