The main level features an open kitchen and living room, a long dining table, an electric fireplace, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a garage, two desks, and stunning views of pine trees and mountains.
The lower floor includes a living playroom with a queen sofa that converts to a queen bed, a half bathroom, and a door leading outside.
Parking is available in the garage, accommodating two cars, and on the driveway, but please note that parking on the street is not permitted.
House Rules - IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
*Absolutely no fires of any kind are permitted on the property or within the Tahoe basin.
*Pets are not allowed at any time.
*The maximum number of guests allowed is 12, including babies and children.
*There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed, and there is no exception. No street parking is permitted by county ordinance, which could result in towing.
*Trash must be stored in the bear box. Please do not leave any trash outside, even in bags.
*Surveillance cameras are installed around the house for safety reasons.
*Depending on the size, boats, trailers, and other vehicles must be approved by the owner for parking.
*We expect all guests to be respectful and responsible.
*Guests agree to comply with the El Dorado County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance. Failure to do so may result in severe penalties, including fines of over $1,000 from the County, and even eviction.
*You will be required to provide a list of guests.
*Re-renting the property to others is not permitted. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction and termination of the rent contract without a refund.
