About this house rental

Our spacious cabin, has been recently renovated. It is nestled within the pines, steps to the Heavenly ski tram, and is ideal for year round vacations at Tahoe. This home has vaulted ceilings over the living areas, a private outdoor hot tub, lots of decking with propane BBQ, billiards and darts in the loft area, and a modern fully furnished kitchen.
There is a 1car attached garage with ski/snowboard racks, and 3 private parking spaces in front of the house for ample parking.
Imagine yourself walking just 100 yards home after a long day at the slopes and sliding into your private hot tub to rest those tired muscles. You have the option of coming home for a lunch break. We do. What better way to escape the lines. After re-energizing, it is either a game of pool, darts, sitting by a crackling fire, or it is off to the casinos which are only a short 1 1/2 miles away.
For all those techies we have the Ultra Fast Cable internet connection with a wireless base. Linens provided

1-2 minute walk to the Heavenly California Base Lodge Gunbarrel run and chair lifts and ski tram (enclosed ski lift to top of mountain).

Awesome kid-friendly cabin, location, and owners!

This location was the ideal spot for our family, and we look forward to staying here again. There were 11 of us total, and it fit us all perfectly. The cabin has a big 2-story layout so the kids never felt confined, the rooms are large and cozy, and the house is equipped with almost everything you might need. It was very clean, decorated beautifully, and obviously built with quality in mind. We never even took our kids anywhere else because they had a blast just playing in the front of the house (especially since we just missed a blizzard so there was plenty of fresh snow). While we were hanging out outside, the neighbors were all super friendly which made for a nice warm welcome. The location doesn't really get much better. The ski resort and lifts are walking distance away, pretty much across the street, and it took us maybe 5 minutes (in ski boots) to get there. If you plan to ski more than one day, this convenience makes everything worth it. Check in and check out was a seamless process, and the owners were extremely helpful and only a phone call/ text message away. There were a few times I had questions on how to use appliances, and they were quick to reply. Overall, we are extremely happy with our choice to stay here and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Me and my family always rent a cabin at lake tahoe every year but this is the best one i ever rented. Its clean, They have great amenities, Close to heavenly resort (Means close to everything) and the communication with the management is first class. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Couldnt be more happier! Perfect home for a group of 12 between ages 2 to 63. House had plenty of entertainment with so many board games and card games, Super well equipped. You need it, they have it. Communication was impeccable. Our host Christina was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay, Which was above and beyond our expectations! We celebrated a very relaxing weekend for my husbands 40th birthday. Even saw a bear when went on our morning walk AND another one upon our return in the neighbors tree! It was so cool! Christina was GREAT with communication and very fast with responses! A fantastic long weekend away for the family. Rest and relaxation were the names of the game. We slept in, enjoyed bike rides and took advantage of cool nights in the hot tub. Property was neat, clean and just what we needed.

overall, we enjoyed our stay in the house. We had fun in the hot tub and with the pool table. The house is really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked; which made cooking way easier. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. When we arrived there was a weird smell in the house. Not sure what it was. We sprayed some odor neutralizing spray. The grill was also not clean. My brother in law cleaned it before using it. Other than that our stay was great. Even with the Covid restrictions we had fun. There are plenty of things to do in the house. The owner was really nice. She kept in touch as our trip got closer and she made sure we were able to get in the house with no issues.

We had an amazing time staying at Christina's beautiful, cozy home! The location was ideal for us. We were looking for a home tucked away in the trees yet close to South Lake Tahoe - this was it! We were far enough away from the shops and noise so we felt like we were in the woods, but close enough that going out to grab something from the store didn't feel like a burden at all. It was so peaceful and relaxing to have a home base like Christina's home. The home is clean with a great ambiance to it (so many light fixtures and dim settings that I personally love). Loved how open the main floor was. You could be in the kitchen preparing a meal and interact with someone in the living room watching tv and or grilling at the same time. The house was full of whatever you might need, especially cooking wise. Christina responded instantly with any question I had during our stay. We absolutely loved our time and would rent again, no hesitation!

The house itself was great, clean, nice kitchen with everything we needed to make meals for the week, hot tub was great as was the pool table Access to Heavenly was super easy, it was a lot closer than it looked on the map, so we had no issue at all getting to and from the resort and were able to pick up tickets at the lodge. Location to center of town wasn't bad, there is a shuttle from the lodge but we drove the 2 mins into town to go out to eat and get groceries. Overall I was very impressed, would recommend and would stay here again.

Our second time at this cozy and inviting home. If you are a skier you can't beat the location (across the street from Heavenly) and the cleanliness and amenities of the property make us feel like a home away from home. The owner is responsive to our emails and special request for a late checkout. We plan to go back again next time our schedule allows. Thank you!

This property was awesome. The location is perfect, kids from 10 to 8 years old where able to carry skis/ snowboards to the tram/ski lifts, the fact that we didn’t have to get in our car to drive home was great. The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials. There was a shuttle that took us to the gondola area, we where able to have 2 adult nights with the help of Christina’s family friend. We all couldn’t have asked for a better week, I highly recommend this house.
