Great!

If you are traveling with your furry friend, Playpark lodge is the best place. The facilities are exactly as described and they go above and beyond to make your and your dogs life easy. One of the best pet policies of any hotel/accommodation we have stayed at.

No personnel at all. Only there to harass you to leave

There were no reception, or any personnel at all. We had a crazy couple screaming for an hour at 3 in the morning, and there was nobody there to complain to, so good luck sleeping. Then in the morning they will text me to leave the room at 10am or face late checkout penalties.

Awful place to stay.

The pictures of rooms on website are very deceiving…every room is different….Our room was extremely small with a tiny shower and about one foot space to squeeze into to reach toilet. We are small people. There was no counter space for toiletries and I had to tiptoe to see my full face in the mirror! Also there was mold growing in shower area. Temps reached freezing during the night and there was only a super thin blanket. The heater made such a clanking sound we had to turn it off to sleep…so this made for a miserable nights sleep…not to mention uncomfortable bed and pillows. They charge a $35 cleaning fee per stay….for a postage stamp size room! Anything to squeeze more money out of their customers. They sent us information about the property that totally was a lie. It said their location was a 10 minute walk from Heavenly Village….in fact it was a about 5 miles away and an 11 minute Drive. When asked for a discount for our stay, they offered a 15% on our next stay. What a joke. We would never ever stay on that property again. I literally have seen better bathrooms and accommodations in campgrounds. Extremely disappointed. I don’t understand how this property received an 8 overall review….I should have read ALL the reviews before booking. Lesson learned.

It was worth what I paid for it. It had value.

I like that there was a separate bedroom with door in addition to the room bed. I liked the outside picnic tables, chairs, fire pits with tongs for smores and toss a bag game. I liked the quietness and easy parking. I liked that the fans and lights had remotes. The updated look of interior. Of interest is the sink and mirror in our bathroom were higher than standard. So thank goodness for me there was a full size mirror on wall.
