Right in the middle of a lot of shops and interesting things in town a short walk from the lake front. We were only there on night at the end of March and checked in late so we did not get to test the pool or hot tub but there was a tub with jets in our room with was very nice.
A questionnaire asking for things like how many guests, car license plate, if you will have pets was sent out that needed to be filled out before door codes were sent, we booked on booking.com and it was sent after and did not realize this so just ensure you have a good internet/cellular connection when booking and fill this out but beyond that checking in was smooth. Other than that, the beds were a bit firm for my groups liking but other than that the room was amazing.

It was the perfect location. We had a connecting room one had 2 queen beds a nice bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub the other had a futon a bigger kitchen and another bathroom. We really loved it and will be back!!!

Amazing location and cozy room!
—No deadbolt for extra level of security (only the digital lock and a chain lock, which doesn’t feel strong enough, especially on a street level room). —Noisy upstairs neighbors - sound travels through old walls and floors, BRING EARPLUGS.
—Also, the hot tub is NOT OPEN in winter apparently. I had filtered for that amenity so we were sorely disappointed it was not operational.

Gorgeous room,good location to ski lift and stores
The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Not what we expected for the price. No creamer or sugar for the coffee. The living room control panel couldn't control the heat or turn on the fireplace. The bathtub was draining when plugged. The caulking around the tub needs to be replaced .
