As a family of 4, I loved having 2 bathrooms, but the towels and bathing supplies was very sparse. The beds were comfortable enough but very springy, so turning at night was noticeable.

Great location, needs renovation.

Great location. Right across from Heavenly's main gondola. Shops and restaurants near by.

The building is old and gives a dingy vibe. The sheets and pillows need to be changed, they are old and made me think they were not very clean. I bought my own sheets and pillows from Target close by.

Great location, bad service.

It is in the central part of South Lake Tahoe and you can walk around to close activities and restaurants

We stayed in the ground floor, the unit upstairs was sooo loud. We already informed the property manager or whoever checked us in, and told us they will do something about it. But for our entire 3nights stay it was all sleepless nights. Sheets also didn’t look nor smell like it was clean. It was just straightened out again. Dishes from previous occupant was still in the dishwasher.

Location is great right in the middle of South Lake town next to restaurants and to the lake.

The room wasn’t clean enough. There was light and noise from the street couldn’t sleep very good. The fireplace was stopping and operating making noise all night.

Great spot to enjoy the bars, restaurants, beaches of South Lake Tahoe

Great location for downtown South Lake Tahoe. Contactless check in worked fine - the email with gate codes arrived around an hour before check in time (4pm) but went into my spam folder - so keep an eye on this as well!

Room was small for US standards - but as Europeans it was fine for us.

The location and amenities are great for extended stays.

Our room came with 2 separate bedrooms and a full sofa-sleeper spacious for the 6 of us. The second bathroom was a bonus for sure, since we were constantly having to attend soccer tournaments. The private gated parking was perfect since there were multiple hotels in the area and the casino one block up. We knew we would always have a parking space no matter how late we returned to the hotel. Fireplaces in every room for individual comfort. The welcome snack tray was a nice touch.

The back right side of the recliner looked broken. I took a photo of it upon arrival. However I did not notice that one of the drinking glasses seating on the counter next to the sink had a crack. I scratched my finger on it when I was washing the glasses by hand since the dishwasher would not turn on although it was pulled in and all the selection lights worked. I placed the cracked glass on the window ledge so you could examine it.

Had less amenities than expected but rooms were spacious and kitchen was good. Coffee not that great but drinkable.

Better amenities especially for longer stay maybe a welcome basket with small goodies. We could tell d ok hs had been there because although it looked clean there was dog hair under bed and dirt on bedding, couldn't see it but could feel it. They did come and change. Didn't like that there was no room service, especially for the price. The pool and spa need updating.

Dresser drawer handles came off in my hands, back deck is walled in and claustrophobic, a/c when plugged in, actually blocked the back door, very dark. Depressing.

Great customer service, friendly staff. Very accommodating when it comes to unpredicted complaints. Very spacious, activities included within some units (varies upon each unit). Comfortable restrooms with bathtub/jaccuzi (depending on units). Loved the beds!! Very comfortable and soft bed sheets and pillows !!!! Yes yes yes Heated pool with outside spa. Very quiet and peaceful environment, great for families on vacation.

We came during the summer and the heat on the upper floor seeped through some rooms that weren’t provided with portable AC. Although the booking says AC provided, it was not specified as to how it would be distributed, and that some rooms did not have AC unit. Other than that everything was wonderful, some amenities could use a little touch up and repair such as the billiards/dart board, but everything was running and well, and staff were very responsive to needs.

The location was OK. The online staff support was good. The on-site staff support was great, but from there it went downhill. The facility was extremely poor conditions. The room was poorly maintained with a long list of complaints. Almost everything is outdated wine refrigerator doesn’t work and almost fell out of the cabinetry. The kitchen faucet is loose and very poorly installed stains on the wall and In many places, gross mold was in a coffee cup my wife pulled out to use, the second bedroom is not a bedroom. It’s more like a crappy workout area with a fold out bed and should not be sold as a respectable bedroom Only one or two gas burners on the stove work, the bathtub is unacceptable with gross stains all over, pool and spa is unacceptable conditions with dead rats in the service skimmers.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel at 11 PM. At first, we were delighted to learn that our room had been upgraded — the fireplace, seating area, and spacious layout were all wonderful. However, when we got into bed, we noticed that the sheets were covered with long hair. We had seen some in the bathroom earlier, but we didn’t make much of it at the time. They sent up new sheets, but that’s when we experienced the real shock — those were also covered with long hair. Although they offered us a complimentary stay, we chose to receive a refund and left the hotel late at night. There is clearly a serious hygiene issue.

Very romantic, relaxing, and peaceful.

The location was the best part, my boyfriend and I were able to walk everywhere (only 2 blocks) - to the Heavenly village and the beach - and walk back to the room whenever we needed a change of clothes or to relax. It was very romantic and I highly recommend to couples as well as families.

We accidentally got locked out of our bathroom in the morning because the lock ended up being turned without our knowledge by cleaning staff, but the on site help was so fast and easy - thank you John - and we never ran into that issue again! Other than that we had no issues at all and a lovely stay.

It was a great location and great stay. I wish the pool and hot tub was open but it wasn’t. Bummer

It had everything that was needed. There was a/c, shower, bathroom, bed and a couch.

When I first walked in I kick my shoes off and when I walked around to check it out the dirt was sticking to the bottom of my feet. The floors looked clean but they weren’t. I was curious what other things the cleaning people cut corners on so I pulled back the sheets. I couldn’t confirm if the sheets were clean or not because I saw little dark specs on the white sheets. Looked like dirt specs. The security chain on the door was too short to actually use. There was food trash out on the back deck so I knew the cleaning staff didn’t pay much attention when cleaning the room. But when I brought all this up to the manager by email message they refunded me my cleaning fee. That was a great way to handle the situation and I appreciated that. The room was great otherwise though. (The bed is a spring mattress so it caused some back pain but that is to be expected)

Very pleasant stay in a quiet part of Tahoe!

The room was very nice and included a small little back area to sit in private if desired as well as seats in front of the room. A huge plus for us was the gated parking to provide even more sense of security. The location was the absolute best! Walking distance to shops and weekend entertainment, plus a nice 10 minute walk to a private beach section of the lake. What really was the best was the service, the on-site person is a great bonus, but the manager of the property checking in about halfway through our time there making sure everything was still going well or what they could do to make it better was really great and made us feel like we were appreciated. The place was in a quiet section as well so it was nice to come back after walking all day and just relax. Definitely will come back and stay here!

Booked the 3 Bedroom House and had a great time! Had a jacuzzi tub and pool table in a room. Staff were quick to respond to our needs. Propane/Charcoal were provided for grills, which was amazing! About two blocks down from Heavenly Ski Resort. Will definitely return! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Clean, efficient kitchenette with all the necessities, large bathroom, easy parking and fantastic location, walking distance from city center. Cute and thoughtful additions such as vouchers to a nearby private beach, and 2 souvenir shot glasses. Smooth self check in and out process. We will be sure to come back, price was great too!

The home is beautiful. There are fireplaces and TVs in every room. There is a hot tub and game room in the house parking right outside the front door. The Decour is modern and very nice.

unfortunately, the cleaning crew did not do this house justice. The floors were dirty, and it didn’t look like they properly scrub the bathtub and shower stall. The kitchen counters were dirty and had dried food on them. The coffee pot still had coffee grinds in it. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean. The towels were clean, and the rooms were well dusted the cleaning crew just needs to step up their game a bit, and this house would be a 10
