This house was perfect for our group of 6! A nice large kitchen with everything needed to make a big meal. Super walkable to nice bars and restaurants (I recommend checking out Wolf). The rooms were clean and spacious. The property has three big bathrooms which is awesome (the primary bathroom has the best water pressure). Overall a great property, everyone agreed we would stay there again.

Eddie was very nice and attentive to our needs. The location is fantastic for skiing, about a three block walk to the gondola. Close to everything in town. The hot tub didnt work properly during our stay, but he said he would get it fixed. Would like to see a grill added and also shampoo in the bathrooms.

If you want an A property for your Lake Tahoe stay, this is it. The accommodations are wonderful for 8-12 people---plenty of bedroom as well as living area space. Beds are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked with necessary utensils. The location as is described in the property listing is excellent and convenient to Heavenly, the casinos, the lake, and restaurants. Having a 2nd living area and a game room in addition to the main living room is nice for those who desire "time alone" or looking for alternatives. We had a wonderful time during our family of 8 vacation!

Our family of 5 loved the home and the location for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. The location made it easily walkable to a variety of activities. The house is lovely, furnished well, well stocked, comfortable and cozy. The fenced in yard allowed our 2 year old to explore while we enjoyed the porch. My only “complaint” is that the sprinklers were on a timer that coincides with move out time, so we had to do some ducking and dodging to avoid getting wet; not really a complaint, and made for a laugh for our family. We only had one hiccup during our stay with a dead battery on the lock, and the owner quickly rectified with ease. The owner was a delight to work with. Thank you for the lovely stay.

A massive storm came through - and we could walk to so many places it was great! Everyone was comfortable and the living space is a great place to hang out. I liked that bedrooms were upstairs and the whole downstairs is for visiting. My only knock on the rental is someone (either host or someone from his family) stopped by or called each day which made it feel less private. However, the host is very nice and they were coming to help clear snow and check on the hot tub - so was totally understandable. It doesn’t change my rating!

This is the ninth time we have stayed in Eddie's house. As usual it was great. From the landscaping to the continued improvements the house gets better every year. We look forward to our visit next year. The location is walking distance to the shops, casinos, restaurants, etc.

Great accommodations for a family event near the lake and wedding venues as well as the Gondola and casinos for those that wish to partake. Shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The place was clean and well stocked with essentials and toiletries. Outside patios, basketball courts and hot tub made it a great place for the family to gather and enjoy the beautiful summer weather and the kids to run around.
