Uprzejmość, możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i to kilka godzin , na koniec chcieliśmy zapłacić za dwa soczki i wodę z lodówki w pokoju które wypiliśmy , a Pan wrzucił je na koszt hotelu więc bardzo miło z ich strony

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always tried to be helpful. The location was excellent, very central and close to many of Rome’s main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The room was comfortable overall. Breakfast was served on the terrace, which had a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful view. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and attentive.
We noticed dirty spots in the room on the day of arrival. Another issue was the large number of bees around the breakfast terrace. Although the terrace itself is lovely, there were so many bees that it was difficult to enjoy breakfast comfortably. For anyone who is afraid of bees, eating outside there will be very hard.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff (Christina) is excellent!
The room is small. We were told it had a city view, we looked a wall. It was noisy. We could hear other hotel guests. We didn't have good or consistent housekeeping. The security gate was broken so was never locked. The water for showering was luke warm. The safe in the room didn't close. It didn't feel clean.
