Nice flat. Interesting design, with a mezzanine for a bedroom. I like this sort of imaginative layout.

Not much natural light gets in

Loved the location apartment was great, good air conditioning. Bed was comfy, apartment was clean, towels changes daily

Communication was terrible, even Booking.com wasn't able to get them to communicate. We did not receive any info on where to collect the keys etc, we had to ring several times to get the correct info. We had to ask for toilet paper and coffee pods and it wasn't until the last day of our stay that they left milk and juice in the fridge. Not huge things but they could to do better for the price per night.

Location, property all amazing

Had no replies from the property through booking.com but they always answered the phone and where very helpful

La ubicación fue excelente, muy cerca del Coliseo.

El alojamiento daba directamente a la calle, es decir, no había una pequeña entrada para separarlo. Por lo que cuando pasaba gente se escuchaba el ruido de fuera como si estuviera dentro. Asimismo, añadir que nos ofrecieron dejar nuestras pertenencias donde se encuentran ellos y, nuestra sorpresa, fue que no había nadie en el lugar que nos habían indicado. Además, no cogían el teléfono, por lo que tuvimos que buscar un locker rápidamente, ya que teníamos una visita programada. En ningún momento nos preguntaron nada al respecto, ni tan siquiera de disculparon. También les escribimos para informarles que la presión de la alcachofa de la ducha no iba bien y, simplemente, nos ignoraron. La verdad que el servicio de atención al cliente bastante decepcionante.
