It is an old apartment, nicely renovated and converted to a hotel!
You hear the neighbor upstairs through ceiling and stair walls!

The location was absolutely perfect for us! Steps away from the Colosseum and Roman forum. Walkable for all the main sights in Centro Storico. We traveled with our 2 young children and the space was perfect for our family of 4. The second room has 2 twin beds that can be separated or pushed together for one larger bed. There were toys, books and puzzles for the little ones to use and smart tvs in both spaces with Netflix/ Disney/ Prime. I especially liked the convenience of the laundry machine because kids can make quite a mess especially after enjoying a gelato. Overall the space was great, it’s on the first floor however you need to take stairs up to the space. There’s great restaurants close by, some are more “touristy” rather than authentic (in my opinion).
