Enjoy Colosseum view (from all windows!) in a very elegant and charming 180 sqm apartment overlooking Colle Oppio Park.
The atmosphere inside is typical italian, thanks to the refined and authentic furniture.
The entire apartment has been refurbished in 2017 and is completely new.
Three large bedrooms with three bathrooms will make your stay very comfortable and unforgettable.
The living room is spacious and bright, as well as all the bedrooms.
The street is very quiet. The area is plenty of shops.
Colosseum is out of your windows and will welcome you!
"COLOSSEUM EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT" is an elegant 180 sqm flat, located in the historical center of Rome, at 10 steps from Colosseum.
The charm of the apartment is unique. Light and atmosphere are the key words!
Authentic Italian style, with antique furniture, original paintings, many carpets and old books.
The apartment, on 4th floor of a 19th century building with lift.
All main historical spots, such as Vatican , Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Campo De' Fiori and Piazza Navona can be easily reached by walking.
The apartment can host up to 6 people.
It is completely furnished and it is composed by a large living-dining room, hosting a comfortable sofa, four armchairs and a big table with eight chairs.
The large windows make it very sunny and bright.
The stylish bathrooms, all with shower, the fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and the laundry with washing machine complete the apartment.
Air-conditioning and free wi-fi service are at our guests disposal, as well as iron and iron table and hair-dryers.
Cleaning service, linen and towels are provided at every guest change.
For longer stays the service can be required before the end of the stay.
The "self welcome breakfast" and final cleaning service fee are included in the price!
As our aim is to make your holiday pleasant and unforgettable, we also offer the following services (on payment):

We stayed at this lovely flat for four nights. We were a group of four, my husband and I, our 14 year old son and my 84 year old dad. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time or have quiet time. Don’t t let 180 sq meters scare those of you from the US. The flat is spacious (1700ish)and comfy. Francesca left thoughtful snacks including yogurt, cookies, eggs, milk and breakfast cakes. She was helpful with suggestions on things to do as well. We would highly recommend!

Apartment was “as advertised.” Great views of coliseum- excellent location- and plenty of space! The apartment was a nice mix of “old Italy” and modern updates (bathrooms were updated very nicely). Francesca was delightful- very pleasant to work with and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this property!!

Situé dans un immeuble cossu d'une petite rue calme, à deux pas du Colisée et des forums romains, cet appartement est juste magique !!
Il allie avec beaucoup de justesse, le charme de l'ancien (joli mobilier d'époque, tapis, tableaux ) et le confort moderne avec des salles de bain entièrement refaites et une cuisine dernier cri.
En angle, l'appartement jouit d'une splendide vue sur le Colisée qui s'enflamme chaque soir au soleil couchant : on a tout juste l'impression de faire partie de la grande Histoire.
Quant à l'accueil, Francesca a été vraiment parfaite, prévenante,et efficace : grâce à elle et aux différents contacts transmis ( taxi, guide, restaurants etc..) nous avons pu profiter de façon optimum de notre séjour. Grazie Francesca ! Ci vediamo !!
