Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the unit. The only thing I could suggest would be room darkening shades as they coverings on the windows are sheer.

Happy that the owners heard our concerns from previous year and replaced several pieces of broken and unusable furniture. The new deck furniture here was nice to see. The small main TV is not up to par. Not sure why they won’t replace it. Even the staff couldn’t make the provided remote control work and the audio is bad. For weekly renters the TV is probably not a big deal but we stay for 2+ months. Other than that the beds are comfy and the living room furniture is nice. Bring your own coffee filters and some sharp knives. Also we bought a coat rack from Marketplace bc there isn’t any place to hang jackets, sweatshirts, beach bags, etc. This unit lacks a little attention to detail if that’s a concern. We just give the place our own thorough cleaning when we arrive, as most long term renters do. The local staff is good about addressing any immediate concerns. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. And the workout facilities are first rate, including a sauna and steam room. The private beach is excellent and the security access to the private boardwalk is nice to have.

We absolutely loved this unit and resort, steps away from the beach and loved that it came with chairs and an umbrella! Will be staying here again.
