If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. This property had everything you could need!We rode bikes and the golf cart to dinners and the grocery store. The beach was right at the end of the street. If you want the perfect location this is it.

The house and pool were perfect for our teenagers, their friends, our five year old, and ourselves. It’s a 2 to 5 minute bike/walk to the beach. You don’t have to bring any beach gear because it’s all provided. The hosts are amazing! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the great memories!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautifully appointed house with plenty of room for our family of five plus grandparents. Short walk to the beach with chairs, toys, wagon, umbrella, etc provided. The management company was easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach and surrounding area are beautiful. We loved having access to the bikes provided. Overall, a fun and memorable family vacation!
