we were not informed by the owners that we had to stay in a converted hayloft with only a rusty outside twisting staircase to get to room. The room was poorly decorated and you had to stand on the bed to close the blinds with a pole. The shower was dirty with mould around the seals. the heaters were not efficient so that my wife had to sit with a blanktet around her. You could not get a normal suitcase up or down the stairs. The breakfast was continental only sitting at one table with other guests in the pottery shop!!! the car park was too small with no lights.

Lovely rooms at The Pottery, all very comfortable, with off road parking. We were given an excellent breakfast inc home baked Croissants, cereals, yogurt & melon, a good start to our Walking day. Thanks.

Unique place, infused with VH ceramics, super-quiet but easy walk to village centre.
Beautiful location, in garden setting, in quiet neighbourhood, close to village centre with shops, pub, cafe/s, restaurants. Very comfortable suite.
Breakfast could include something savoury - it was mostly pastry/sweet food.

It would not be suitable for a long stay — more than 1 night- as there is very little storage for clothes.
