Great location, really interesting original interior in the lobby and dining rooms and tasty breakfast.
Slightly inconsistent communication from the staff relating to problem with power and restaurant times. We were given a discount to make up for it. The decoration of the bedroom was completely unmatched to the original arts and craft building which felt such a shame.

Super special house by the sea, relaxed and friendly vibe.
Felt special to stay in this grand old house with wood paneled walls and corridors and beautiful stained glass windows. The room overlooking the sea was so lovely. I also like the unstuffy approach, it's a comfortable place to enjoy.
The double bed was a little small, beautiful wooden design but not long or wide enough. My only grumble.

Very nice hotel in a great location but some attention to detail is needed.
stayed with our 2 dogs and the room was perfect for them with a wooden floor and a small enclosed garden outside. The bed was comfortable but it was a bedstead frame which is too big for the room. The location is great for a walk on the beach and there is plenty of room in the car park. We had a good evening meal in the bar area.
The full English breakfast wasn't great. Tough sausages, 1 large mushroom and half a tomato both of which were under cooked. The evening meal of fish and chips was good but the beef cheeks, though tasty, were only warm.

Another lovely stay 😁
Love staying here. 3rd time. Love the room, super clean and comfy. Leaving my room the fab housekeeper stopped to check on my stay. Lovely lovely lady.
Coffee machine was broken. They could do with 2 as my friends and i had to leave and go elsewhere and i wanted us to stay at the hotel. Sadly, I am being picky here, I walked away yesterday, brought my case and stuff down, dropped my key off, 2 staff on the front desk, no acknowledgement, no thankyou, no goodbye, no see you again. Felt abit sad about that.

Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereal, fruits, crossiants, etc. Also a hot cooked breakfast
Room was a little small with no wardrobe however for the 2 nights we stayed it was adequate
