Everything!
Myself and my two sisters took our 92 year old Mum. We had a wonderful stay and were so lucky with the weather.
Would be good to show the stairs on the details. Once up the stairs everything is on one level so that worked well for our Mum.

Lovely home in a perfect location. Right on the beach no passing traffic very private. Shops a short walk away along with a beachside cafe. Further down the beach Hurst Castle and a lighthouse makes for a good walk.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Apart from arrival and departure times, nothing.

Location is superb , close easy access to beach head walks and the double benefit of closeness to town centre restaurants and shops . Beautiful sun trap even in October with views across the Solent .
Arrival times of 4 pm and departure of 10 am means the loss of almost 2 days , whilst understanding the need to clean and prepare more flexibility would be desirable
