Sehr zentral gelegen. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war sehr gut gegeben. Klimaanlage war in jedem Raum vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Weiterhin kann ich die Bäckerei Panadería La Magdalena in der querlegenden Straße (Entfernung 70-100m) sehr empfehlen.
Obwohl im Inserat Parkplatz inbegriffen sein soll, gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Außer man parkt im Parkhaus 100m Entfernung auf eigene Kosten zusätzlich. Es gab sogar keine Möglichkeit zum Ausladen der Gepäckstücke. Deshalb haben wir unser Auto im Parkhaus mit 14,95€/Tag geparkt. Dadurch konnte man sein Auto nicht beliebig nutzen. Deshalb konnten wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung von Saragossa nicht besichtigen. Die Dusche war sehr klein-eng. Dadurch können kräftige Menschen nur beengt duschen. Wir wohnten in dem 5.Stockwerk ohne Fahrstuhl . Deshalb konnten wir die enge Treppe benutzen.
