Reformado, limpio y bonito. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa
El portal al estar en la calle del tubo esta un poco feo y destartalado. Pero una vez estas arriba todo perfecto

Calle Esteban is fantastic at night. Although hectic outside the apartment was very quiet.
The entrance from the street needs to be improved. I was worried until I entered the apartment which was very well maintained.

Appartement nickel.
Au coeur de la vieille ville et des quartiers touristiques.
A 74 ans en arrivant en voiture, on galère un minimum, mais c'est le prix a payer pour l'emplacement.
A noter que quoique l' appartement soit au centre de la vie nocturne, il est bien insonorisé.
