La ubicación, está muy cerca del centro.
El edificio, es muy viej hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la puerta del 2⁰ piso, son como el doble.

Le calme, la propreté de l'appartement et l'entrée en autonomie
Le fait que tout soit connecté que très clairement le chauffage se coupe tout seul dans la nuit, nous réveillant glacés et impossible de le rallumer. Ça c'est pas sympa du tout !

El apartamento aunque pequeñito, tiene de todo lo que más menos se necesita y estaba aseado.
La finca está en ruinas. La puerta del patio está atascada, y cada vez que algún vecino abre de buena mañana, te despierta. NO tiene ascensor y es como un cuarto sin ascensor. Huele a humedad y los escalones están rotos. Me encontré con un técnico un día comentándole a un vecino el mal estado del edificio. Desde las ventanas se ve la fachada apuntalada con troncos y las cañerías rebentadas. Solo por la pinta de aquello no volvería.
