Guest Access:

Assigned spot in the parking garage. There is a lockbox at the parking spot where you will find a key fob for entrance into the building and to use for the elevator. The parking garage entry height is 7'3. Additional parking for all units can be found on lower levels of the parking garage at the expense of the guest. Guests can pay using parking garage meters found near the double doors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

(1) No smoking inside or outside the property

(2) No pets

(3) No parties or events

Stay was excellent… I stayed in the room below for two weeks prior to staying in yours the shower and water pressure in your wet room was not nearly as good as the one below don't know if that something that can be adjusted

Really great location, only complaint is the walk from the parking spot to the unit. However at least there is a provided luggage buggie which made life a lot easier

The apartment is very clean and convenient to Dickson street activities. The balcony is on the smaller side.
