Ver comfortable apartment in beautiful Merano. Highly recommended.

You find everything what you may need. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, fantastic terrace with table and big sofa and additionally jacuzzi on one of the terraces. So perfect for comfort and relax! Plus garage for two cars. Can not be better. The host who welcome us - Maddalena was very kind and helpful.

Great view, excellent value for the money.

The location of this property was wonderful and the views from the balcony of the apartment were breathtaking! Diego met us upon arrival and showed us all we needed to know about the apartment, including the hot tub. We stayed with our two young children and the apartment was perfectly equipped for a family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and the balcony was so relaxing to sit and have dinner. The outdoor grill was so nice to have too. This property exceeded all our expectations!

Mercatini di Natale a Merano

E' già il secondo anno che alloggio in questo stupendo appartamento, si trova in un bel complesso i proprietari sono disponibilissimi puoi parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo privato e con l'ascensore arrivi direttamente davanti alla porta di casa, l'alloggio è sempre pulitissimo, ci sono 2 tv e tutto il necessario per cucinare, c'è una terrazza dove poter grigliare e rilassarti con tavolo e divani, in un altro balcone c'è una vasca idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata, l'appartamento è a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dai mercatini di Natale. Ci tornerò anche il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo.

Toller Urlaub dank eines super Balkons mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung liegt superpraktisch mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt von der Tiefgarage aus erreichbar. Sie ist schön groß und geräumig. Vor allem der riesige Balkon mit dem bequemen Sofa ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt im Gebäudekomplex integriert. Tolle Lage in einer ruhigeren Umgebung.

Wir hatten leider keine Information vor der Anreise erhalten über die Schlüsselübergabe. Erst nach mehrmaligem Kontaktieren des Managers am Tag vor der Anreise erhielten wir schließlich weitere Infos. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unsere Ankunft vergessen worden war. Wie oben beschrieben, war es eine super Wohnung, allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über die Sauberkeit und die Abgewohntheit in diesem Preissegment: Schmutziger Backofen und Grill, Bonbonpapier sowie eine Rechnung aus 2024 unterm Sofa, schmutziger Spüllappen, Schmutzwäsche im Wäschekorb, schmierige Duschabtrennung, Plastikgeschirr, der Staubsauger müsste erneuert werden, Matratzen waren durchgelegen, abgenutzte Couch im Wohnzimmer,... Von den Ameisen wussten wir schon von den vorherigen Rezensionen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager war dann so na ja. Schließlich hatten wir uns auf eine Lösung geeinigt (Erstattung eines Tages). Das Geld ist bis heute (2,5 Wochen danach) nicht eingetroffen. Schade.

Tolle Wohnung - Abzüge in der B-Note

Die Wohnung ist groß und drei Balkone inklusive Jacuzzi sind natürlich top. Ebenso wie zwei Badezimmer. Die große Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage, aber drei Ventilatoren. Die Lage ist ok, ca. 20min zu Fuß zu den Passer-Promenaden. Aber direkt vor der TG ist ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt und in derselben Straße an der Ecke ein Bäcker. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist Gold wert. Sommerliche Hitze und so. Unkomplizierter und schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp.

Leider war es überhaupt nicht sauber. Der Teppich und Boden waren staubig und Spinnenweben am und unter dem Sofa. Sämtliche Kissenbezüge auf der Terrasse sind verschmutzt und in der Ecke lag noch der zusammengekehrte Dreck der Vormieter. Das war nicht sehr appetitlich.

Netter Kurzurlaub in Meran.

Bushaltestelle war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Minimarkt war auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab zwei Tiefgaragenplätze. 20 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Hat eine sehr großzügige Dachterrasse und zwei weitere Balkons. Außerdem gab es ein Whirlpool.

Die gesamte Unterkunft hatte ein großes Ameisenproblem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und daher war es sehr heiß in der Unterkunft. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich.

Die Lage ist perfekt. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und bietet reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, den wir gerne für den Frühstückseinkauf genutzt haben.

Es waren zu wenig Handtücher da. Wenn man den Whirlpool nutzte, dann musste man anschließend leider sein Duschhandtuch benutzen. Auf den Bildern bei Booking ist ein Pool abgebildet, der gehört aber leider nicht zur Unterkunft.

Mercatini e relax

Si parcheggia la macchina nel sotterraneo dove si accede con il telecomando a disposizione si ha un garage doppio , si prende l'ascensore che con l'apposita chiave arriva fino davanti alla porta blindata. L'appartamento è grande pulizia e posizione ottima c'è un grande terrazzo con dondolo, tavolo sedie e griglia, nel balcone della camera c'è anche una jacuzzi idromassaggio con acqua calda utilizzabile anche d'inverno, letti comodi due bagni tre camere soggiorno e cucina open space. In un'ala del palazzo c'è anche il supermercato più comodo di così......Ottima posizione a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro, dove ci si arriva percorrendo strade poco trafficate e una breve passeggiata sul fiume . L'appartamento è ben tenuto arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort wifi gratuito. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
