The Mural - City Centre - Your Apartment

The location is really good and the place feels quite cozy overall. There's a big window from where you can see the street but the blinds fit well so you won't be seen if closed. The bed is comfy, the bathroom looks quite modern and there's a little changing room with hangers. Kitchen has microwave and fridge. You can also use the washing machine. Must add that the appartment staff are very attentive and eager to help.

The place looked clean but found a few hairs here and there, some dust in the changing room and a few stains below the kitchen cabinets. Also and sorry to say this but placing toilet paper in the toilet brush is not ideal. The bathroom needs an extractor fan urgently. Kitchen lacks hobs/oven. The code for the lock box is not very secure. The closing mechanism of the door outside is not obvious. The lock of the apartment door inside is quite simple.

Excellent location, easy to walk into centre or Bedminster. Parking facility.

Tea and coffee was provided but a few more tea bags would've been welcomed as we used two on arrival after long journey and two the first morning so none for next morning.

A very comfortable place to stay, with enough space and everything you need for a short visit. The location is perfect — close to the city centre and very convenient.

Great little studio apartment .Catered for all needs . Comfortable bed . Handy kitchenette. Great little bathroom nice shower .Plenty of hot water and heating as required . Was in an ideal location ;very easy walk into town . Would book again as in an ideal location for us ..apart from the Check In faff as below .

As people have previously stated the third party booking through Your Apartment is a Faff! Numerous ID and Credit card requests ..felt all a little bit uncomfortable. Did message them and reassurance given. Day of Check In....Didn't recieve any communication from them at all for check in details. Waited ...Finally someone phoned us at 15.45. Had to input my photo ID again (had already done this previously ! Only then they sent us the Key Code. The best part ...got check In text/communication details when we arrived home 3 days later. Have contacted them ..and apologies given. Was a total error on their behalf.
