About this apartment rental
Two-bedroom apartment, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, clothesline. New construction, tastefully decorated, with attention to every detail, and very comfortable. It has Wi-Fi. Unbeatable location for families and businesses. It has an elevator and parking space (reservation required).
We only accept travelers who are coming for: work, visiting family and friends, medical or academic reasons.
Important information Its proximity to the historic city center and good transport links make it easy to get to know Madrid. It is also ideal for those who need to stay longer in Madrid in a quiet neighborhood with good connections to other areas of the city. Ideal for those arriving by car: free street parking is available in this unregulated area. Free access for vehicles. We also have a parking space, which must be reserved.
In order to access the accommodation, you must complete the requirements before the keys are handed over. In other words, Apartamentos Pavonia does not allow access if the contract has not been signed, the guest registration has not been completed, or the refundable security deposit (bond) has not been paid. Once your entry has been authorized, we will tell you how to access the apartment.
The building has an elevator and parking spaces (check availability and prices). The apartment has Wi-Fi. Hot water and the boiler are individual and available 24 hours a day. The same applies to the refrigerator and washing machine. The house has an electrical security system that automatically disconnects when you are not there: ceramic hob, secondary sockets, and lighting system. When you return, everything is operational again.
It is a neighborhood with good connections to other areas of the city. There are supermarkets and parks nearby. It is only 1.5 km from Madrid Central. It is also interesting for its proximity to the Gallur athletics tracks and the amusement park.
Metro line 6 stations Lucero and Laguna Bus line 138, line 119, line 55, line 31, line 500, and night bus N18 Train line C5, Laguna station, two stops from Atocha. The building has an elevator and garage. The garage space is optional and not included in the price. However, parking is very easy in the area.

The property manager, Ana, was a great help. The property is clean and it has parking! The location was great as we spent each day doing day trips from Madrid to the surrounding towns. It is also close to the city center.

Arrived Dec. 21st, 2023 to a lovely, compact and minimalist by North American standards, but very clean apartment in the Latin Quarter. The location was super handy for the Metro, shopping, restaurants. Very safe and protected building. Four adults enjoyed our stay for a lovely Christmas in Madrid. Ana, our host, handled all of our concerns with obtaining the keys, parking, access to the gated complex etc. The bathrooms and kitchen were small but adequate, the dishwasher and washing machine were appreciated after a long cruise to refresh our laundry and not spend a lot of time cleaning up after our many meals we prepared. Thank you, Ana, for sharing your home with our family from Canada.

Quiet, working class neighborhood in which we were comfortable. Ana was attentive to informing us of anything important to know.
Cleaning service professional and impeccable.
Our only discomfort was with the showers. The showers are so small that the shower curtain sticks to you while you are showering and this becomes overwhelming.
I would highly recommend this property amd look forward to returning there om our future stays in Madrid.
