Es war ein sehr schöner Ort, das Gesamtpacket passt und man kehrt erholt von den Ferien zurück

Wir wurden sehr herzlichempfangen. Die Lage ist grandios. Das Restaurant, das vom Bruder geführt wird war auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick und sahen aufs Meer. Für das Frühstück werden verschiedene Varianten ngeboten und man kann von Joghurt Müesli Toast sowie verschiedene Eierspeisen viel auswählen.

Posto molto tranquillo, a due passi da una bellissima spiaggia, balcone fronte mare incantevole. Parcheggio incluso. Buona posizione per girare l’isola (soprattutto nord e centro).

Appartamento piccolo, vivibile se si può mangiare in balcone, con cattivo tempo non c’è spazio x il tavolo (2 persone). Serve auto per raggiungere la struttura e per visitare l’isola.

The best nights sleep and great value for money

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! The tortoises in the garden were absolutely amazing to watch. The apartment was spotless. The bar/restaurant Cool Water is so beautiful, we only had dessert and breakfast and both were lovely. Spending our morning on the beach with sun beds, on our doorstep was so lovely. An total winner!

To be fair - the shower was quite small, but we’ve found that most are in Corfu so no surprise.

A refaire...

Un coin de paradis. Une belle grande plage, eau turquoise et vue magnifique sur les collines. De multiples promenades aux alentours. Le personnel et la direction étaient aux petits soins. La situation idéale pour tous déplacements dans l'île. Et un service de restauration excellent. Un régale!

This was our favourite stay in the whole of Corfu, we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location with beautiful beach and restaurants on your doorstep. It’s outside of the crazy busy areas, but close enough to all the attractions around (it’s advisable to have your own transport).

Would be great if some dishwashing liquid and a sponge is provided so we can do our own dishes, and the shower is quite tiny. But those are non-issues considering the amazing place you get to stay at.

Gorgeous seafront location; comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Beautiful seafront location, with a generous balcony with very comfortable seating. Very quiet and yet still hot in mid October. We really appreciated the efficient mozzie screen which allowed us to sleep with the balcony window open. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food in the restaurant downstairs was gorgeous!

Perfection! The beach, the food, the staff-- the best place to stay!

The staff! The food! The beach! The bed! The room! Such a warm and welcoming environment all around. The BEST place to stay on the beach. Cannot recommend enough!

The only thing was that the AC unit was placed in the main hallway which meant that it got a little warm in the bedroom but other than that-- it was an incredible stay!

Perfect location, close to the beach, nice staff, perfect view, all you need inside the room, the shower was a normal size comparing with the rest of the island :) very tasty food, recommand to eat at the facility restaurant instead of others around.

Nice, quiet, mellow!

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. The mattress was confortable, the towels were super soft. The appartement was super clean, better then the 5 star hotel where we were staying before… They had a mosquito net in the balcony door, which was highly appreciated! The shower was just the right size and well made so the water doesn’t spread all over the bathroom floor. The was one bed and two separated duvets, which was perfect. The closets had enough hangers for both our cloths (we were 2 girls). They even have a hair dryer and soap in the bathroom. There is a restaurant linked to the apartments where you can take your breakfast (as well as lunch and diner) the toilet of the restaurant is super clean as well which is highly appreciated and at the beach they have their own deck chairs that you can rent for 8€ to 10€.

The only little thing I can find is that in the morning there is a little too much of light coming from the kitchen. But we only stayed for 1 night and I’m sure that if you ask the staff they can find a solution as they are very caring. As well I would have liked better communication from the staff, because we found out by ourselves that they had their own private deck chairs on the beach, but that’s just a detail the overall was super well organized.

Best place in Corfu for beach lovers

This appartments was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. I would highlight these points: - very nice staff/owners who were very kind and willing to help with anything, - location is great-right in front of the appartments there is the beach with sunbeds, umrellas and drinks/food - food in the restaurant on the groundfloor of the building is very tasty, - the famous beach Porto Timoni is accessible from the beach by water bike (you can rent it close to the appartment on the beach), - direct bus connection with the capital - Corfu town - there is huge market with anything close to the appartment

Great Apartment right at the beach, with lovely hosts and great cafe just in front of it

Even though check-in was only until 10pm we arrived at midnight and the owner picked-up the phone promtly and guided us to the apartment. Apartment itself was more than great, right at the beach with a huge balcony where we had afternoon sun until the very end of the sunset.

Houmis is an unique place, very clean and cozy and the owners are incredibly warm people, they made our stay special. The food in Cool Water - Houmis owners restaurant - is delicious. There is a well stocked supermarket right outside the hotel. Our stay was wonderful.
