Rude owner, Dirty in areas, Damaged furniture

Spacious living room/kitchen, clean bedding.

Owner seemed quite rude, everything seemed a task before we even got in, we had to pay an extra deposit plus access on the park after already booking and paying a big sum, Unclean kitchen, Fridge, Cooker, Curtains. Rusty radiators, Damaged furniture, needed the shower fixing before we could even shower properly (kept filling up with water), a hair dryer would have also been helpful. Bad experience all in all, but the Park dean site itself was great, just be careful when booking private. Stayed in Crantock park with Park Dean the week before and had no problems caravan was clean and tidy and comfortable.

Nothing clean, was not used or cleaned for months. Cob webs and dead flies on beds, door handles, toilets not flushed for bad odour though were clean. All mirrors were descaling showing their age. Left over lollies from months. Most significantly was the refrigerator which was is turned off condition with fungus and moss . Entire caravan was full of unpleasant smell due being not used for months. It was health hazard

Not the most comfortable experience and definitely needs some TLC, but good location.

Self catering facilities and the shower had good pressure and always hot water. The bathrooms were very clean.

Some curtain rails were hanging by a thread. The fridge door was broken. But the worst part of all was the fact that there was a very strong urine smell coming from the living room seating area. There was broken beer and wine bottles thrown about at the back of the caravan - not safe for kids. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower door and the shower hose were falling apart. The carpet was extremely dirty and borderline disgusting.

Tidy,clean and basic caravan on a great site but needs some tlc

Lovely site, caravan is in a great location, really close to the pool and entertainment. Caravan basic but generally clean and tidy.

Caravan wasn’t ready until 5.30pm which was frustrating with 3 fed up kids after travelling for 7 hours. Caravan is lacking some basic things such as sharp knives,scissors no washing up bowl. The kettle lid is broken and needs to be watched or it will boil over which could be dangerous. The shower door is broken. The mattresses need replacing, you can feel every spring and wake up everyday with backache.

nothing enjoyed our stay. the only down side was that the entertainment passes were not included (we were aware at booking) and I found what the site charged for the oases were very pricy for our weekend stay so we didn’t think that they were value for money!

Pleasant stay in beautiful Cornwall

Nice caravan, in a quiet part of the park. The caravan has everything you need, including iron/ironing board, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner! The verandah area was nice to sit and relax on, an extension of the living room if the weather is good! The park seemed nice, although we didn't use the facilities as we spent most of the time at the beach! Location is good, with quick easy access to Newquay, Watergate Bay etc, and a short drive to St Columb Minor where the Farmers Arms does really nice food. Communication with Lola was great. Would likely look to book again when we next visit Kernow :)

we enjoyed the self catering facilities in the caravans and the Holiday Park has a wonderful pool for young kids. They loved the slide as well. the caravan was in a quiet area on the Holiday Park.

the Holiday Park was busy and food orders can take a while. but there is a lovely area so you just need to ensure you have enough time if the restaurant is busy.

Great get away for the family.

Great get away. Location could not have been more perfect! Right next to a fab pool. Good communication from the owners. Would stay Again if new mattresses. Lovely balcony to relax on. WiFi and TV. Great shower!! 👍 Great little holiday park. Short drive to gorgeous Newquay beach! 😍

Only real issue was how uncomfortable the beds (mattress) were but it was only for 3 nights so we didn't grumble. No other issues at all.

Great place to stay whilst on goliday in Cornwall

The caravan is very spacious, clean and organised. There is ample car parking for 2 vehicles. There are veranda furnitures available to use. The area is so easy to find and very close to amenities and places to visit. There is a tesco open until 11pm. Within the park is a convenience store as well. The boiler gives enough hot water for our personal use.
