Offering views of the ocean, 1,580 square feet of living space, and wonderful outdoor areas where you can soak in the sunshine, relaxation is always at your fingertips! Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. For a more mellow outing, try a scenic ride along one of the Wild Dunes bike paths. The plethora of trails around is sure to inspire nature enthusiasts, especially given it isn't uncommon to see animals such as deer feeding in the morning. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west (offering watercraft rentals and boat charters), and downtown Charleston - full of history and amazing cuisine - is 15 miles inland, while Patriot's is a similar distance away for an additional traveling option.

This villa is located just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, allowing you to begin each morning with a stroll on the soft sand. If you didn't get your fill of water at the beach, go for a morning dip in the large outdoor swimming pool. Though your vacation villa's clean, spacious, and tastefully-decored interior may tempt you to stay indoors. Its cool, light colors give the island ambience you crave mixed with the comforts of home. After a day out and about, wind down on the living room furniture while watching your favorite shows on the TV. Though the kitchen may be small, it has updated appliances and has everything you need to make something as small as a cup of coffee to entire meals. Dine together at the table inside or indulge alfresco out on the deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
