The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen and dining area comfortably seat six, making meals at home effortless. The condo offers two king bedrooms—a primary suite, and a guest bedroom that also includes a full-size sleeper sofa—along with two full ensuite bathrooms, each with a tub/shower combination. The primary bathroom features dual sinks, while the guest bathroom also serves the hallway. Thoughtful comforts are found throughout the unit, including in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a built-in wall safe. Extra touches like board games, books, and even a Ms. Pac-Man wall game add a fun and memorable touch to your stay. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, salon, or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
