The beautiful wood plank walls in the main living area are stained to provide the feeling of a classic beach home. The living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, providing open space with an abundance of natural light and wonderful leather furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for six plus additional seating on the screen porch for four. When the sun sets and the crew is ready to turn in, 54 Pelican Bay features three wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom featuring a new large tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds plus a single trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom that has been renovated with a large tiled shower. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Pelican Bay pool is open May-September and guests will need a pool pass. The pool is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible.
