Whether in the house or on the sandy beach, your family will have a terrific stay at 54 Pelican Bay. The interior of 54 Pelican Bay is very unique. The beautiful wood plank walls in the main living area are stained to provide the feeling of a classic beach home. The living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, providing open space with an abundance of natural light and wonderful leather furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area offers seating for six plus additional seating on the screen porch for four. When the sun sets and the crew is ready to turn in, 54 Pelican Bay features three wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom featuring a new large tiled shower. The queen guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private bath. Finally, the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin beds plus a single trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom that has been renovated with a large tiled shower. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Pelican Bay pool is unheated and is open April 1 – September 30 from 10:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck is closed in the off season. - Street legal golf carts (LSVs) are permitted in this neighborhood. However, trailers are not allowed in the resort, so carts must be rented and cannot be brought from home. Please contact a local rental agency such as JustBeachyCarts.com for more information. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction. *Parking Details:* - Garage accommodates 1 car. - Driveway accommodates 2 cars. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass.
