Great location only down side were in our 70is had we had known would not have booked as 38 steps to the apartment can't fault nellys nook as there was everything you needed rover passes well worth having for parking.we did have a lovely stay shame about the stairs.
Just the stairs as was not stated an not really suitable for our age .

Location was fantastic. Plenty of shops for supplies and good bus and rail links.

As many said the property is situated right in hart of Matlock , very close to the river and park where you can have a lovely walk . Right in font of property door is a bus stop from where you can go and visit different places. Walking path up to Abraham hight also is very close to the property
I suggest to have a double key to the entrance doors . That would be very helpful

Nice sofa area to watch tv and well equipped kitchen bar
A lot of stairs to access property View from property poor Very small double bed with no bedside table or lamp In hot weather a fan would have been nice Bathroom cramped but adequate but little hot water so be prepared for Luke warm showers. Very functional but lacks any personal touches
