It was central to Matlock, only 5 minutes to the start of town, The cottage had everything we needed for a few days stay. We were also provided with the essentials when we got there, tea coffee and milk, plus a Bakewell Pudding which was a really kind gesture.

Lovely house , easy to park opposite the pub up the road, fabulous views, beautifully decorated
The bells were lovely but not for light sleepers 😊

Was self catering/ had a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities needed.
Good location.
For a cottage it was spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms
A bit of work is needed to tidy up the outside space

Property clean and tidy
Kitchen is badly set out and almost unusable as sink in a separate room and the table takes up all the space.
Cottage next door to a church and the bells ring every 15 MINUTES!!! They kept me awake both nights we were there
