Cleanliness and location was marvelous
Security deposit of 250 pound was taken at the time of booking and was not returned just because of small burn mark over the floor, with no clear justification as it was done by us or some one else

Cleanliness is impeccable.
Amenities though without dyer.
Easy check in and out.
Location close to the train station.
Quiet location.
On checkout, there is a statement on the document that say something like "every item in the house is counted and every lost item will be charged" - my personal opinion is, it's kind of tacky and expresses some kind of mistrust to whoever rents or stay in the accommodation. What if someone else took something and the current tenant will pay for it automatically? Sounds exactly not right.
Bed is not as comfy with a flimsy frame you can hear it grating everytime you move.

The house was lovely and clean but it was so hot you couldn't open windows very much. No mirror on bedroom and no wardrobe in other bedroom.
