Overall experience was still a decent one.

It is spacious, with a good layout, and well-equipped with electrical appliances & kitchen utensils. As it is located at the ground floor, it is very convenient for people like us with huge luggages. Although the living room and kitchen are facing the road, the bedroom is facing the small carpark of the compound, which is quiet. Bedroom is comfortable with decent furnitures, and lastly a big sofa bed in the living room!

Tried to send email to the host to ask further questions before arrival date but no reply. I had to wait for almost half an hour for check in (some minor technical issue), but host was polite & apologetic when we met, so it was still a comfortable encounter. As the main door in the living room & kitchen was facing the street, random people might accidentally knock on the wrong door (we experienced it one night).

It’s big with decent Wi-Fi and it’s secure.

Quite bare and soulless in decoration, bathroom smelt (extractor fan not working) and the two single beds were not particularly comfortable. Wi-Fi instructions were wrong and there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery.

We managed throughout our time there but that was it.

We weren't told on the description that the property was right beside a busy main with constant traffic noise, otherwise we wouldn't have booked it. It was tight for 4 people to sit down, 1 person had to either sit on the floor or not be able to recline on the sofa. The double bed had springs coming through in the middle of the night.

This was my first time visiting the UK and I saved up for two years, staying at the Mart

What impressed me the most was the location to my son's house and the convenient store across the road.

I could not figure out how to just dry my clothes.

to much light in the main bedroom and twin next to it, could do with a curtain to hold the light out, the main bedroom only got dark around 5am for a short period of time. we booked for 5 people and stayed in accommodation for 6. but there’s only 4 chairs around table, we managed to squeeze on sofa but space would be an issue for anything larger. a couple of the mattresses could do with being replaced and pillows were to big.

The cleanliness really let what could be a great little spot down

Great parking, great location

Dirty, especially to say there was a cleaning fee added on. So much dust/cobwebs on the windows/blinds and dust in general around the property, the kitchen floor was dirty/sticky, chunks of chocolate/Lego/marbles on the floor that were clearly left from the stay before. There was no plug in the bath, so for a young family of 5 was hard work. the beds were very uncomfortable and there was 1 tablespoon and hardly any cutlery and bowls.

The owner is very friendly and easy to reach out to. The 3 apartments were fabulous with very comfy beds. The plus point about this place is that it has a car parking lot for each of the apartments. It is highly recommended.

Would recommend for a short stay in Peterborough

Lovely clean apartment 20 mins walk from the city centre. Four of us stayed in the 3 bed apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was spacious and tidy, the key handover very clear. We were able to use 2 car parking spaces. We had travelled from Stoke-on-Trent and was able to find the apartment very easily by car. Would recommend

A great location for exploring Peterborough.

The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location near the river made for a beautiful walk to the city center, restaurants and shopping.

The size was acceptable for three people staying for a few days but it was smaller than I would feel comfortable for an extended stay. It could use more space for unpacking clothes and toiletries.

Good property for a couple of days working in Peterborough, with secure parking & local Tesco. Cycle path was a short walk through the adjacent housing estate, which was a good way to get some exercise.

On a busy road, but with bedrooms at the back of the property it was really an issue.
