Beautiful setting, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable and appreciated. Lovely area to take walks. Loved our stay- thank you so much. We hope to be back to stay when next in Hamilton.

Very cosy. Bev was a lovely host. We had a lot of privacy and she responded immediately if we had questions. The fridge had crumpets, milk, sauce, jams and butter for breakfast and cereal and fruit was provided too. The bed was very comfy and the shower was lovely. Being winter the heater was on for our arrival. Home away from home. We will be back.

Warm, welcoming hosts. This property has its own separate entrance and is fully self contained. It is clean and comfortable. A lovely garden outlook.
