Estupendo piso, muy limpio, ideal para 5 o 6 personas. Camas cómodas, útiles de aseo y cocina.
Muy bien cuidado y ambiente acogedor con los frescos y suelos.

Lokacija apartmana je fenomenalna, centar grada je na 20 minuta lagane šetnje kroz prelepe četvrti Firence. Nalazi se u rezidencijalnom delu Firence, na samoj granici ZTL zone, što će vam omogućiti da dođete bez problema autom do samog apartmana. Takođe, velika prednost je i blizina podzemne garaže, koja je od smeštaja na 50 metara. Odlično snadbeven supermarket je na 30 metara. Takođe, u blizini imate veliki broj izvrsnih restorana u kojima su gosti uglavnom meštani Firence, hrana je odlična, a cene razumne. Domaćin apartmana je vrlo ljubazan i dostupan kada god vam nešto zatreba. Dnevni boravak i kuhinja su divne. Spavaće sobe takođe su odlične. Imate na raspolaganju dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom, 3 spavaće sobe i 2 kupatila, što je za nas petoro bilo više nego dovoljno. Sve prostorije imaju klima uređaje. The apartment is very clean, everything seems to be in place , situaded very close to the historic centre , only 2.4 km from the river and the uffizi galeries.
if you come by car, there are two parking spaces near by, the price is 25 euros per day, traffic is heavy but thats logical for an old town with so much touristic load.
the host Mr Paolo is really fantastic, gentle and professional, gave us all necessary info needed.
A little bit of noise from the cars on the street,but absolutely acceptable, considering that you stay in town with so much traffic.
