The place was very nice and it had everything you need. The host was very friendly and responsive. You can arrive pretty fast to the city center on both walking or taking the tram.

Rustic apartment on the top floor with lovely outlook from the windows and terrace. Albeit a little cramped for space but such a great location and quiet away from the bustle of the city centre. Trams were an ideal option to get into the city and station which were not far away. Superb supermarket just around the corner as well.

After several messages confirming our check in arrangements the apartment was not ready nor cleaned on our arrival. Our host was apologetic but we expected to be able to relax and unwind after our hot day of travelling. Instead we had to go away and return 1 1/2 hours later, when we did it was still being cleaned. The wash basin leaked all over the floor when it was used which needs attention. Having said all that the apartment was a welcome retreat and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the warm evenings made up for the negatives. Thank you

The location was convenient, and we appreciated both the luggage storage option and the flexibility of a late check-in. The windows had recently been replaced and did an excellent job of blocking out street noise and preventing light from entering, which made the apartment much more comfortable.

The cleaning had not been completed properly before our arrival, although this was resolved promptly once reported. The fridge needs replacing, as it was quite noisy and did not keep milk fresh. The bathroom window did not have a blind, which affected privacy, and the TV was small and positioned off to the side, making it less comfortable to watch. Some of the kitchen equipment also requires attention. Most of the frying pans were heavily scratched and should be replaced, apart from one small pan that was still in reasonable condition. There were only two mugs provided, which felt insufficient, and the dining table was slightly too small for comfortable use. A couple of minor points were that the indicator lights from both the TV and the carbon monoxide detector were noticeable at night and could be distracting when trying to sleep.
