YD Liberta plaza 3 bedrooms

La struttura è bella, accogliente e spaziosa. Ottimo avere 2 bagni, anche se uno senza bidet. A livello di comunicazione, è ottima la posizione, in quanto è vicino al Parterre Libertà (fermata della Tramvia).

Due aspetti secondo me sono da migliorare: - Non c’erano tovaglie o tovagliette per il pasto, nonché asciugamani per la cucina; - la gestione dell’immondizia, che viene richiesto di portare via al check out. Questo impone a chi soggiorna di sobbarcarsi di ulteriori sacchetti, che non possono essere gettati facilmente (i bidoni a Firenze sono con chiave e possono essere aperti sono dai residenti).

La casa molto bella, vicino al parcheggio ed al centro

Non è possibile lasciare la spazzatura e visto che a Firenze è necessaria la scheda per aprire i secchioni in strada la cosa puo essere disagevole.

when we arrived the apartment wasnt ready, evan we got there after the check in time. we helped the housekeeper to clean it. beds are not so confortable for couples, twin beds together, no topper. bathrooms are very very small, claustrophobic. no hangers or any bathroom shelves; the bedrooms have no wardrobe to put your clothes in, we kept our stuff in the luggages the entire stay for a week. no cleaning during our stay, we asked for clean towels and they asked money for it, we washed the dirty ones and after several messages we got a few sets of towels.

The apartment was great for what we needed, location was easy to find. We could access the apartment easily even though we arrived late. Samuel from YD apartments was really receptive and helpful! Overall the apartment had everything you needed, hairdryer, clothes iron, stove, coffee machine, washing machine, pans, pots, cups etc. Totally recommend!
