Very pleasant

It was clean and tidy and the beds were insanely comfortable. The room layouts were perfect

The only downside was the property WiFi wasn’t working at the time of my stay so the restaurant downstairs allowed us to use their WiFi but it wasn’t that great. It’s no fault of Southernwood I know these things cannot be helped.

I’ve given some good points as overall flat was clean&tidy. Need more sturdy beds & thorough checks.

The key code worked to put the key back but it was open when we arrived.

Beds need to be improved and communication/contact also. Someone came in and walked up stairs thinking they were staying here too. Rang owner - no answer. Dirty cutlery.

It was clean and okay for the trip.

The apartment had enough rooms for us all. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen although small was efficient.

The apartment didn't have any allocated outside area and seemed to be built at an angle. The beds were poor quality and kept breaking. No lounge area to sit and chat unless you were in a bedroom.

The accommodation was basic, nearby services and shopping were limited butbb by it was clean.

It was close to family and not too far from the GWR.

Very basic. No comfortable chairs in which to sit. Minimal kitchen facilities. Street noise and fumes from restaurant at night. minimal water pressure in shower.

family of 5. perfect for a 2 night stay. would recommend

the location was perfect for our needs. it was clean and modern. lovely big bathroom with large shower. plenty of towels. little kitchenette. the Turkish restaurant below does fantastic food. handy in the morning to nip next door to the co-op for a costa coffee. pub opposite. friendly owner. easy to access using key safe.

the only negative was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear noise from neighbouring rooms/ properties. however I anticipated that due to its location and I was able to sleep but would recommend ear plugs

There was nothing not to like, everything was catered for for our stay. The location was perfect for us, close to our place of work and places to eat out. We would 100% stay there again and have looked at booking up again already but they were fully booked.

Pleasant apartment. Good value, easy access.

Access was very easy and the apartment is spacious. It’s reasonably basic but clean handy for the location that I wanted to visit.

The only drawback if you were staying for more than a day or two is there is no living room (only 3 bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom).

Lovely spacious comfortable stay, would stay again

Lovely clean apartment with a fridge, a microwave and a cooking stove. Comfy beds, TVs in each room, decent Internet and an all-round nice stay.

We had to park our large van in a residential street.

Local to where we worked.

Staff were very rude and not very helpful. Rooms were a bit tatty and hairs in the sink. Wouldn't dream of staying here again especially the prices they charge its disgusting.
