apartment itself lovely size,very roomy

Mattresses very poor feel the springs,only 2 forks when its an apartment for 4 people there were 3 of us,bad marks on the carpet like an iron had been dropped,bathroom needed some work doing,had to clean under sink in the kitchen and wash a few items as not to clean.A mop and bucket is needed.Double duvet cover on a single duvet,Oven shelves needed a good clean,a grill pan or oven pan needed to be able to use the oven.Overall cleanliness okay could be better ,for the price you expect better condition.They need to gets things upto a better standard ,and maybe supply toilet rolls,.

Location good, property nice.

No household essential items such as bin bags or washing up liquid.

Not as nice as it looks in the pictures beds were very old you could see the springs through the sheets very uncomfortable Tv was tiny and kept freezing Toilet seat was hanging off Oven was filthy didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned The bathroom was dirty No drying up towels Fridge was tiny and freezer was so frosted up you could get anything in it On the hole very disappointing and lot of money for a very substandard property
