Met our needs.

Location was great for us. House was quite serviceable. Nothing fancy but a good value for us as we were just in town for a day to take care of some family business.

The double bed was quite comfy but the twins in the other room were not. Probably fine for kids but for an adult, it was not supportive enough. Even a good foam mattress topper would have been helpful.

The beds were very comfortable , shower was useless. Kitchen was filthy oven disgusting grease on the tiles dirty plates and glasses. Skirting boards full of dust and grimy. TV did not work Not sure what the owner pays the cleaning company for. They need to check the property

Good value for money

a good value for money, spacious house, all basics are covered (except toilet paper, tea etc, but this is a small inconvenience ) considering the overall experience it was worth it and I would recommend it further.

The initial instruction never reached me, the host does not answer the phone and was unable to reach them through booking. Collecting keys was a challenge and took a few hours with the booking.com assistance. Was a bit surprised that they do not provide any toilet paper etc. I guess the instruction was saying that, but i have never received it.

A lovely house to use for a visit to south Oxfordshire.

The location was ideal for our stay and the local attractions we wanted to visit. The area the house is located in is a residential estate and the surroundings were quiet when we visited. The house was ideally situated to get to local shops to collect groceries.

No working shower, reported but unable to fix Needed to fill bath and share water to manage hot water Not enough seating in living room for all members of our party to sit down Not clean- skirting/ windows/ door handles/ bathroom tiles missing Dogs barking all hours Unstable outside table No welcome e.g milk and tea/ coffee. Needed to go out in to the town after a delayed flight to find all this.

A good place overall but something should be done with shower pressure and smell in the kitchen

We liked the location - very nice and quiet residential neighborhood, the house is just right on the walkway to the park, more privacy as it is a townhouse. It was overall clean, had a collection of books, movies and board games for adults and kids, the host even allowed us to do a book exchange my son was very grateful for. There was a free parking - important for us as we had a car.

The water pressure in the shower that is almost non existent and the water in the shower was not hot too - it was a HUGE challenge to take a shower. My husband gave up and had to skip shower for two days, I had to use a pitcher and a wash bowl to be able to fill it with water and "shower" somehow - not something you would expect paying for accommodation. Can't imagine doing it in winter or while having long hair. The kitchen has a strange smell - like someone smoked there before and the odor stayed, we always had to keep the window open. The host had sent us a message just before the arrival that they wouldn't provide toilet paper but we were lucky to have some in the bathroom when we arrived. They separate garbage there but there were no trash bags for food waste, we had to buy our own, the containers with food waste in the yard had plenty of food waste from previous guests and were smelling.

Bien situé avec ses parcs, lacs et points de jeux et de sports (ideal pour mon chien et mes enfants) A 1h30 de Londres, 30 min d'Oxford, 1h30 de la mer La maison est juste ce qu'il a fallut pour nous, assez de place et d'équipements pour mes 2 enfants et moi même ainsi que des coussins, jeux et gamelle pour mon boxer Je recommande vivement et y retournerais

Déplorable et décevant

Je n'ai rien apprécié dans cette location.

Ménage à revoir : - Four sale, plaque de cuisson pleine de graisse. - La vaisselle n'était pas propre. - Dans l'espace jardin devant la maison il y avait des déchets (os de poulet, pile, morceaux de plastique...) - Sur la table du salon, un morceau de nourriture... - Nous avons du re nettoyer le frigo également Salle de bain : - Impossible de se doucher correctement et surtout de se laver les cheveux, obligé de faire couler un bain car pas assez de pression. Et non ce n'est pas l'usage massif dans le quartier qui fait chuter la pression car la pression d'eau froide est correcte. C'est, me semble-t-il, un chauffe eau non adapté. - L'évier de la salle de bains était bouché. Communication : - Nous avons été prévenus qu'il n'y aurait pas de papier toilette le jour même dans un message Booking. C'est non seulement inadmissible pour une location mais aussi prévenu bien trop tard. Notation de l'hébergement : -Je suis très étonné que la même personne ait mis 10/10 à 1 mois d'écart sur cette location, une autre aussi mais sans commentaire... 3 notes à 10/10 sans commentaire et sans photo de profil... sur 8 évaluations c'est étonnant compte tenu des défauts de l'établissement et cela vient sacrément monter la note... - J'ai prévenu la propriétaire de tous ces soucis (sauf le papier toilette car nous avons été informés, bien que trop tardivement) et, le jour de mon départ, je reçois un message (automatique) m'indiquant que pour la notation si je mets une note inférieure à 9, l'annonce serait bloquée. C'est bien évidemment faux et puis, j'ai bien le droit de mettre la note que j'estime juste.
