So disappointing - we've stayed in many places around the country for work but this was the worst

The kitchen was well equipped

This accommodation had a terrible smell and everything in it smelt the same....the bedding, the towels, the furniture. We had to buy towels to substitute those provided! In the Visitors Book in the property other guests have made similar comments to us therefore I would have thought that the owners would have made amends. Do not stay here - it will be so disappointing.

We had a lovely stay in this well provided bungalow we were warm and comfortable. The only problem was the swimming inst

The property was really clean and comfortable there was everything you could want very well equipped . We had a lovely welcome gift of scones with clotted cream and jam. A nice bottle of fizz as well . It was very well received thank you.

It was a little dated and the curtains in the lounge were a little difficult to open and close when you’re short like I am.

Fantastic location and best position on the park site. Even better than the photo, addition of decking platform at the front, provided perfect sun trap.

Key pad code was in correct, not easy to find on late night arrival time.

That it's central to so many places, there was flowers and processco and jam and scones tea coffee sugar and clotted cream

No where to really put wet things no proper welcome leaflet as the one left had got wet previously so could not read it.

Nothing at all

There was no heating system in rooms and it was reeking of mould because of that had uncomfortable night. Extended check out time but got hurried out by cleaner. Been to several places but never came across rude staff. Before we left the property we made sure that the place was tidied up but as we were leaving , we met the staff and he was moaning and wanted the place to be spotless.

Wonderful

Great holiday cottage, absolutely lovely and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and living and kitchen areas just right. We were welcomed with scones, cream, jam and prosecco! Which we enjoyed on the sunny patio. Perfect start to a wonderful holiday. Would highly recommend.
