Lovely comfortable cottage

Everything we needed for a three night stay. Very comfortable and well equipped and a short walk from local convenience shops and a slight dismal pub.

When turning into the road it looked like the rough part of town but it was actually fine, and the neighbours were all very friendly.

Cozy and warm

The property was clearly well looked after and cozy. Lots of little touches like maps and guides for the area which was helpful. Provided bedding and towels

The toilet seat was loose but the owners informed us before our arrival as it broke just before. Hopefully fixed for the next people

Very sweet little home

Great home, very comfortable. We loved the games and puzzles provided, which helped on rainy days. Well located, walking distance to a supermarket, close to Zip World (great fun!), some beautiful walks, and with a really great local bakery around the corner. Parking easily available on the street.

Phenomenal location, gorgeous house, perfect hosts—can’t wait to stay again

We loved our stay at Yr Adfa! It was the perfect home away from home and was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked, with plates, pots, pans, cutlery and glassware to suit our every need. Owners Barry and Emma were the perfect hosts and communicated with us before and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We particularly loved the guidebooks that they supplied and ended up going on several lovely hikes. There is a coop right around the corner, and a delightful cafe as well, so the location was truly ideal—thanks again, Barry and Emma! We can’t wait to come and stay again.

Relaxing and cosy stay

Warm and cosy. The beds were really comfortable and we loved putting the fire on at nighttime it made it all cosy. There’s loads of lovely extras, some dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, ketchup. Excellent fluffy towels too.

Downstairs loo, but obviously that’s not a big problem at all, just a slight drawback that’s all.

Lovely cosy cottage

Lovely house, everything you need for a break away, the kitchen even has cake tins etc if you fancy baking! Really comfy beds with fluffy pillows and warm quilt. The welcome book is really helpful and I would recommend the walk in there to the waterfalls it was really beautiful.

The house was perfect :-) we used it as a base to explore snowdonia, bleneau is very quiet though and there are no places to eat in the evening

Exceptional

The house was the best equipped and most comfortable we have stayed at in Blaenau. We visit family every year and have stayed in a few houses in the area however this was by far the best kept,furnished and laid out for a great family stay.

No Issues with the house just watch out for the local drivers as one managed to back into my car.

Lovely deco whilst also being homley comfortableand clean! Nice arrival treat also great to have milk ready for a cuppa and cake that was left. Great location close to many attractions. Would love to stay again :)

Best accomodation I have ever stayed in!

Spotless clean and well looked after flat with immaculate view of the mountains. All possible kitchen equipment is there and the owners left us coffee with a milk bottle in the fridge and some cakes! It felt like home. Best accomodation we have ever stayed in!
