Excellent location for the Watkin path and areas around Snowdon. Beds very comfortable. Shower/bathroom clean and good after a day out. Clear instructions.

Location is very good, ideal for short stay. Clean. Shower facilities good.
Kitchen facilities were poor. Very small with limited options to self cater. BBQ area disappointing, lacks as an inviting area to sit and poor bbq facility.
