We know Barnoldswick well as relatives live there. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Close to amenities and our relatives. Host (George) was very helpful and responsive. Tea bags, coffee, bread, cookies and a bottle of wine were in kitchen when we arrived. Nice touch! Thanks, George!
Some of the pots and pans were in sad shape.

As a driver from overseas, the drive to Barnolsdwick feels pretty treacherous, should be flagged.
We stayed in winter, a couple of throws or blankets in the lounge/kitchen would have been lovely, as even with the heating on, it was a bit chilly

A perfect stay in a great location. The house was beautiful, nicely decorated and it had everything you needed for the stay. It was home from home. Some great touches to our stay, loved the cake, biscuits and wine, thank you so much.
