The cottage is also ideally located for exploring all that Lancashire’s picturesque Ribble Valley has to offer, as well as being just a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The Leeds Liverpool Canal can be reached in just a few minutes’ walk. There are narrow boat moorings along the canal, and the footpath provides picturesque walks to Foulridge and Barnoldswick in the opposite direction. Rosemount Cottage provides a perfect base for travel to the Lake District, and there is easy access to Leeds, York, Harrogate, Manchester, Skipton, Clitheroe, Haworth, Ribble Valley, Lancashire’s Trough of Bowland (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the resorts of Lytham St Annes’s and Blackpool.
