Rural location within easy reach of amenities, there are three bedrooms two twin rooms on the ground floor, and master bedroom on the first floor with an en-suit shower room, along with very large lounge. The ground floor also has a kitchen and dining area with a sofa and TV making the property suitable for the less able. Out side there is a patio area with table for 6, and a bench There is BBQ that is kept under cover when not in use. We are not far from junction 12 on the M65 motorway, making touring easy and with a hour you can get to the Lake District, Lancaster, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester. and Skipton and Harrogate
